Join the Advisory Council.
Seeking enthusiastic supporters of YATI’s mission who meet any of the following qualities. The overall makeup of the Advisory Council will reflect the diversity of our community.

• Relationships with potential partner organizations, including theaters, colleges, and high schools.
• Relationships with people with the capacity to make significant donations.
• Relationships with potential corporate sponsors, or experience cultivating corporate sponsorships.
• Experience with nonprofit law.
• Experience with accounting and finance.
• Experience with fundraising and/or grantwriting.
• Experience with marketing to people in their teens and twenties.
• Current high school and college students with the capacity for motivating their peers.
• People in their twenties with the capacity for motivating their peers.
• The capacity to make significant donations.

Volunteer.
Volunteer to help get YATI started. Volunteers will be first in line for consideration for any open staff positions. Seeking enthusiastic supporters with any of the following skills. The overall makeup of our staff will reflect the diversity of our community.

• Social Media management
• Grant Management (research, grantwriting, reporting)
• Fundraising
• Literary Management and Dramaturgy
• Marketing to people in their teens and twenties
